Every purchase is custom made. Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to process and ship. Once your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.
RETURNS
Since each order is custom and made to order, all sales are final. We make sure all materials are safely packed for delivery of your art in prime condition. However, if there are any issues with quality of the art or frames, please email us with photos within 7 days: support@maris-home.com. (We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.)

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the damage + order number.

We do our best to ship your item within 3 business days via USPS. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info. Orders arrive in an estimated 5-7 business days after shipped.
